Freedom Ministries, Inc. is  not attached to or obligated to any denomination, church, or organized religion.  Incorporated as a non-denominational Christian ministry, we believe that Jesus of Nazareth, is the Christ, the anointed of God to teach the truth that will set us free.  We believe that God's revelation has been continuous since human creation and will continue through all time.  Tom Lomas is president. He receives no salary or royalties and is the author of the ministry publications which include The Man in the Desert, 40 Days to Freedom, Sexual Dysfunction and Other Addictions, and the Freedom Letter.

The ministry statement of Freedom Ministries, Inc. and Tom Lomas is "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound." Isaiah 61:1

Freedom Ministries, Inc. was registered as a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation on     October 14, 1994 and assigned document number N94000005074 by the Florida Department of State.  In addition to distribution of the forementioned publications, our corporate charter adds "the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and other religious and charitable purposes through the activities of its members." The Internal Revenue Service assigned an employer identification number of 59-3292322 and a case number of 585090062.  On June 8, 1995, the Internal Revenue Service recognized Freedom Ministries, Inc. as tax exempt under Section 501a of the Internal Revenue Code as a charitable organization described in Section 501c3.

40 Days to Freedom has been distributed in all states, all U. S. territories, and 25 other countries including the Vatican, Australia, Canada, Latvia, South Korea, India, Zambia, Mexico, Holland, Norway, Indonesia, France, England, Italy, Ghana, South Africa, Hong Kong, Philippines, Argentina, Brazil, Kuwait, Kenya, Lusaka, Haiti, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.  This included those incarcerated in 119 jails and prisons and served by 183 prison and recovery ministeries.  In addition, free download copies have been available from this web site since 1996.
